    Ivan Ilic in Man City (season 23-24) is a weird one.

    But never mind the rebuy trick...

    The problem is I can't make a loan offer to Ivan Ilic in Man City (season 23-24) because City and my club are in the same division. But Bright is too and they just made a loan offer.
