maybe what is needed here is that the 'sharing scouting knowledge' section on your affiliates teams page should have a box with info of what it means
my issue is, I am in Denmark and we share scouting knowledge with Barnsley.
now as a scout myself, part of our assignment when scouting new players is to know the level of quality of the team I scout for yet I as manage of Esbjerg can not see any attributes or info on any Barnsley player. Also on my players in range screen, there are very very few English players, if I am sharing Barnsley's knowledge, surely this would mean I get info on free players in England?
