On the Manager Creation Screen and Menu, the Manager's head casts a long shadow against their shirt from a "hidden light" above them on the Main Menu "stage". This is most noticeable when setting a custom colour for a polo shirt to a bright colour like yellow or white. It might be better to make it impossible for the manager to cast a shadow against themselves from any lighting. Example images below.
