    This has been a HUGE issue in past FMs, got moderately fixed in FM22 from my knowledge, but now it's back again.

    MLS teams keep buying senior players for huge fees and then waiving them once the roster registration date comes around. There also seems to be an issue of various MLS teams waiving talented youngsters on reserve/SMS contracts instead of just placing them in their 2 teams.

    Seeing the same, even 1st round picks are being let go after the registration date. 

     

    B teams are not developing any youth players because of this problem and the fact that all overage academy players are released on free transfers instead of moving to B teams.
