No relagation in K-League two (and promotion from K-League 3) in 2023 (should be added)

Korea Football Assocation was planned promotion between K league2 and K3 League, but they postponed due to COVID-19.

ohh really. thanks for a replay.  thats really too bad as It would have been a great nation to play the youth challange.

I came here to second this. Is the delay in promotion relegation not just for a year? Could it not be included as a 2024 implementation EG: First year no relegation/promotion, but second year it is introduced.

Any update on whether this may be added in a future update for FM23?

Anyway two new teams seems will entry K2 in 2023: Chungbuck Cheongju and Cheonan City as the league will expand to 13 teams.
