When selecting the match day squad in the K-League the U22 requirements are unclear or, in the case of the second U22 requirement, doesn't appear until you've satisfied the '2 U22 players in match day squad' requirement.
Here are three different pop-ups that all appear on the match day squad selection page:
My suggestion would be to just display the third image with red 'x'/unfilled bars with the penalty listed next to it e.g.
'tick' Minimum of 1 GK on bench
'x' [unfilled/part-filled bar] Minimum of 2 U22 players in match (Born after 'y') ('z' subs allowed in squad)
'x' [unfilled/part-filled bar] Minimum of 1 U22 players in starting XI (Born after 'y') ('v' subs allowed to bring on)
