Reserves Eredivisie is incorrect

it should also be a U21 competition, with U21 teams.

The setup is the same as the Dutch U18 league, with 4 divisions and 2 phases per year.
(div 4 has a A and B)

One we're aware of but we're hamstrung by the promotions/relegations between senior and youth competitions. We'll implement when we can. 

The promotion is so complicated I can imagine it is very hard to implement in the game + the 2nd division is not even an active competition in game, so even if you would promote, it won't have playable games.

Already have U21 teams and competition instead of the current reserve competition will for me already be a big plus, helps with youth development, even when the U21 cannot promote.

Your players will play against other U21 teams, instead of a transfer listed 28-year old.
