    Staff undertaking coaching courses randomly when I have responsibility for deciding which staff undertake courses.  It used to happen in last years game too.

    Are the staff members taking on the costs themselves? If so, they can do so without your approval.

    If the club is covering it, could you provide a save file prior to the inbox item, please?
