In-game editor - tactical familiarity not working

click quick pick or try and advance a day or a couple, I noticed that it didn't update immedietly when I have used it before.

Hello, this is correct behaviour. The Tactical Familiarity is not just based on a variable generic team familiarity value (which is what gets boosted when you click the button) but also on existing attributes of players and how suited they are to the system.

So in short the button works, just don't expect it to raise the green bar to the maximum.
