Can't save new editor files in pre-game editor - new update

I have just uninstalled and re-installed pre game editor from steam and still the same issue

 

Trying to save as "Holland TEST"

And it comes back with no confirmation that it has been saved, then I check as you can see below none in editor as "Holland TEST" or in my docs where I always save my editor files.

I managed to sort it out, was in fact nothing to do with the editor itself.

Weirdly from the game update, windows decided to change my security settings for my firewall to save a file from an app. Just allowed this and now I can save
