Hello,
I am playing a save in Portugal, came up from 4th tier to 1st tier and have been there for last 4 seasons.
I am currently 4th in terms of reputation in Portugal but I still don't have an option to "Request a B-Team" from the board.
My finances are also Rich, so I don't know why this option does not appear.
It seems that the option is stuck on being locked, as teams below me in reputation do have B teams.
Can you please help me, or at least explain the requirements for the option to appear.
FYI, I am using a lower league DB extension to include lower Portuguese leagues.
I am uploading my save file with this issue.
