Players are incorrectly considered new signings when returning from loans

Do you happen to have a save game from the point a player has returned but before they've played again for you and made a second 'debut'? If so, please upload and let us know the file name so we can investigate further. Unfortunately i no longer have that save file from before he played the first game after returning but it happened so much to me (in multiple save games) that it shouldn't be difficult to reproduce. If it matters those loans were made by me using the ingame editor, maybe that's the cause?

Happened again, uploaded Youth Only Crewe (v03).fm

In the game that's about to start in the save Lucas Sant (which i recalled from a loan after not getting games) entered from the bench and i got welcomed with that wrong message after the game. Should be easy to replicate, just sub in the lad and it should happen.
