  • Youth Recruitment stuck at 19 and the game doesn't allow me to improve it to 20

    I have the editor so i checked out the facilities of my club and despite the ingame description being "exceptional youth recruitment" (so the max) when i check the facilities with the editor the youth recruitment is at 19 and the game doesn't allow me to improve it any further.
