1. Ridiculous reputation growth in DE and FR haven't been fixed since FM19. Look at this: 2030 in game year. Check how Bochum looks with 8k rep (this literally Arsenal in the start of the save) Because of this Bochum, Augsburg, Arminia with average players CA 130 have better rep than Ajax, Roma, Lazio or Porto. Doesn't make sense and ruins the atmosphere of the game. Screens 1-2 attached
2. Same time, reputation growth of regens is ridiculously slow. Therefor, clubs do not play with youngsters anymore. 27 years is the youngest players for every big club in my 2028 in game year. No one develop youngsters in the game except me! Look at this national team squads:. England, Spain, Brazil have only one regen to the year 2028... France, Germany have none! Screens 3-7 attached
3. And look at Benfica that literally have club ideology to buy under the age 23 players. And somehow they have the oldest squad in the league with average age 29,3.. They just bought 5 or 6 players over 30-years during the transfer window!
Please explain how you managed to hardcode it so poorly? Screens 8-9 attached
