if my transfer budget is zero but i have 50% "chill" to maximum wages budget, still i cant use release by mutual consent.
Board block this.
If i move some value from wages to transfer budger i sent this player of, but it cost more then first option.
Imo it is bug so i send it to u.
File 011 Braintree kurs .fm should be ok to test this
