I have 2M € in the finances of my club and yet my transfer budget is always 0 €.
Every time I ask the board for more budget, they always say "we cannot due to financial situation". My finances are "Okey" and I have a projection of 3M €.
This situation is borderline ridiculous and would be save-crippling if I didn't have the editor turned on. In the save you will be able to check I have 200k in the transfer budget which is the result of an editor modification to overlap this insane bug.
Thankfully the wage budget seems to work normally.
