There is a drop down to select the type of pre-season training focus: normal, tactical, technical, etc. The drop down menu does not work, every selection defaults back to 'Normal' but you should be able to select a different focus and see how it will impact upon morale, fitness, etc. This drop down should also direct the type of training scheduled during pre-season, but because the menu resets to 'default' the pre-season training schedules are not being set correctly.
