This is not a bug per se, but its also not really a feature request, and would probably be very easy to implement. Is it possible to have "Never" as an option on "Arrange a meeting with the backroom staff?" Dropdown Menu, and that the Backroom Staff Meeting after creating a club wouldn't occur and future ones wouldn't take place (unless Every Week, Every Fortnight or Every Month were reselected in the Staff Responsibilities)?
