Now on multiple saves, both pre and post winter update, there has been an issue when it comes to loan to buy. They will always result in one of two events: either the negotiations will be immediately closed after the first proposal is sent (The deal is closed after this, but if the "suggest terms" button is pressed again, it seems to try to carry on the negotiations but will inevitably fail as you can't alter the terms). The other alternative is that the loan will seem to be accepted, all fields will go green but you are not given the opportunity to leave and again pressing the "suggest terms" button results in the same scenario - fail as terms don't change.
This was first seen pre-patch and no matter the money presented, the deal would be immediately regected. But now there is a chance that the second result will occur.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Try to sign a player on loan
2. Try to add a buyout fee
3. Should see results
