Loans demand action

Please can we get a save from before this issue occurs as well as some steps we can follow to reproduce this issue?

 

 

I have now uploaded a save called SA Trophy Quest Career, where this incident occurs. I just offer some of my players on loan. When I get offers, some are accepted, while others are rejected. A while after, while waiting for the clubs to take the player on loan, I suddenly get the Must Respond command in the upper right corner. The only way to get through this, is to reject all offers or go on holiday.

Same issue - I get the attached picture shown as described above (refers to a loan dialogue days before in the inbox which suddenly comes back as a must respond) - I see the holiday route in the forums, but prefer a patch.
