    I'm loving the changes to the scouting regions in Europe, they make so much more sense now, but in 1 of the 2 saves I've started I can't take advantage of them.

    In an Everton save (worldwide scouting range), I can assign scouts to the new European scouting regions:

    But in my Sheffield United Save (Europe only scouting range) I get the old European scouting regions except Scandinavia is missing:
