I'm currently managing in the Italian Serie B, which has a rule that clubs are not allowed to sign non-EU players from abroad. My annual youth intake in March 2023 now features a Ghanaian goalie (with no second nationality). Unfortunately, the game does not allow me to sign him as he is a non-EU player from abroad! This seems to me like a bug, where the game should either: make an exception for youth intake players, or simply not generate any non-EU players in Italian lower league youth intakes...
Steps To Reproduce:
Manage any Italian team in Serie B or Serie C and see what the youth intake produces
