  • staff recommendations broken

    I know that staff recommendations can only be as good as your staff is, 

    but with that said I have to say that there still has to be something buggy when my Technical Director (Judging Staff ability: 20) so frequently recommends people to me saying "improve quality of medical team" for example when they are like up to 10 attribute points weaker than my current staff members. Right now he is recommending me a sports scientist with attribute 13 when my own guy has 19

    it kinda breaks immersion when this happens constantly.  Can you fix this for FM23 ?

    No problem, do you happen to have a save file prior to some of these poor recommendations? May help our testing team find the issue quicker. :)
