The Champions Cup rules regarding substitution allows for 1 additional (6th) substitution in Extra Time.
As you can see in the following screenshots that the match is in Extra Time and we have completed only 5 substitutions but the game is not allowing me to make another substitution. We did use up all the 3 stoppages, but that does not apply to Extra Time. As far as I know, teams are given one additional stoppage for the additional Extra Time sub. Even if that is not the case and I don't get extra stoppage, I was not even allowed to make a substitution before ET Kick Off (which does not count as an additional stoppage) or at ET Half Time.
