U19 new competition format

We'll get this investigated, thank you for spotting.  

unfortunately this isn't in the game, same for the Dutch U21 competition instead of a the reserve competition.

Makes you wonder why we should even get the beta,  pure objective input that did not make to to the final game.

Very disappointing 

The issue didn't make codelock for release, no, but not through lack of trying. We get thousands of issues raised to us on the forums because of the Beta, and only a limited time to resolve as many of them as possible. As soon as it's ready, we'll release a fix.
