State what you think is specifically wrong in your league:
The implementation of the U23 teams in the 2th, 3rd and 4th tier of football starting from the 2022-2023 season is missing.
State how you think it should be working:
Starting from the 22-23 season:
- The teams that finished 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the Belgian Reserve League 1A (season 21-22) should join the Belgian Pro League B.
- The teams that finished 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th in the Belgian Reserve League 1A (season 21-22) should join the Belgian First Amateur Division.
- The teams that finished 9th in the Belgian Reserve League 1A (season 21-22) should join the Belgian Second Amateur Division.
- The teams that finished 1st and 2nd in the Belgian Reserve League 1B (season 21-22) should join the Belgian Second Amateur Division.
- The teams that finished 10th, 11th and 12th in the Belgian Reserve League 1A (season 21-22) need to play a play-off game against respectively the 5th, 4th and 3rd from the Belgian Reserve League 1B (season 21-22). The teams from the Belgian Reserve League 1A play at home. The winners of these game should join the Belgian Second Amateur Division.
- From the 2022-2023 season, that will mean there will be a new Belgian Reserve League. This will include the remaining teams that failed to join the Pro League B, First Amateur Division or Second Amateur Division.
- All clubs also should have the choice if they want their U23 team to join the senior football leagues or not. If for instance the team that finished in 7th declines this, all positions behind 7th takes the spot of the team that finished in front.
