I always simulate all games with some good tactics find online but there are some serious issues this year. First off - shouldn't it be that if your team have way best Director of Football, Technicall Director, Assistant etc. and you give them your responsabilities they should make the club good or at least not that bad when you simulate time? Weel that not the case in any FM but FM 22 is way worst for now. Look at the simulated games PSV/PSG always good results in domestic league but in Champions League I always lose for example 0-9. That is now realistic at all.
