    Hi, 

     

    In this french thread, the user explain that is blocked at a specific date with a crashdump (between 31th august and 1st septembre).

    He attached his savegame on the cloud with the name miniyoyo74 Bug 31 aout.fm

    I asked him the crashdump files. (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)

    I also asked him to contact support.

     

    Are you aware about a similar bug ? Do you need more information ?

    A DXGI issue relates to the graphics card drivers and the displays. The more likely ways this can happen is: 

    • Disconnecting or connecting monitors while playing the game
    • Graphics switching from dedicated to integrated while playing
    • Disconnecting or connecting power cable from laptop while playing
    • Installing graphics drivers while playing

    Worth trying to rule some of these out, and check that the user's graphics control panel (Geforce Experience/AMD Control Center/Intel Graphics Command panel) have the optimal settings for the user's setup.
