    I cannot create nor join a network game, any network save that I have cannot be loaded, and now when I try to quit the app (or use CTRL Q) the app completely crashes and does not close. This has been happening for the last week and I cannot solve, I have completely stripped the files, deleted started from fresh uninstalled and re-installed. Still nothing works. This is through the PC Game Pass (XBOX). Single player career's seem to work but I can't say much for this because I don't really play them. Has anyone experienced or can anyone help?

    Could you check your Xbox preferences to ensure you're allowed online gaming, and can you check whether crossplay is enabled or disabled please? 

    Are there any gaming service updates available via the Windows store, and similarly, any updates on your PC in general to complete?
