Are you using any sort of custom graphics at all? This is showing fine on our end I'm afraid. 

Not that I am aware of no. the most recent year's numbers show, but none of the years prior show. Is there some type of editor I can use to manually update these numbers?

Ahh I've got the issue to produce now on my end. 

Do you recall what editor file you used for this save? This isn't a widespread issue, so its more than likely a cause of the edited files you've loaded into the database. If you can attach it, we can try and find the cause of the issue, but it would only prevent it from happening in future, we wouldn't be able to rectify this save file - I'm really sorry.
