So, after having holidayed for quite a while and starting my save, I just won the German Manager of the Year award, by having been in charge of AZ for 3 whole matches (and it didn't even count the first match)! Looking at the past winners, it either gives them to managers with only a handful of games and 100% win rates or National Team managers that manage to rank highly simply due to playing more than 1-2 games.
Steps To Reproduce:
From the looks of the past winners, it only counts competitive matches in July of that year for club coaches. As a result no club coach will have more than 1-2 matches played when the game checks for the award. It seems to work fine for National Team coaches and as a result they're often involved in the award, even with horrible statistics.
