Issue: Ive started unemployed, holidayed from July to April 2021 then taken on the Livingstone job. In my in-box I have around 67 weekly jobs update messages all saying the exact same thing. Clearly there should only be one
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start unemployed
2. Holiday say 9 months
3. Take over a team
4. Check your in box for the weekly jobs update news item
