    I am playing using a custom database, so this may be related to a bug in that database but thought it best to raise it.

    I have just been congratulated on winning the treble (league, super cup and domestic cup).  We won the super cup at the start of the season and have just won the league but haven't played the cup final yet.  Save file uploaded and a couple of screenshots below.
