In every save I created with them they don't have a assistant coach and in the painel reserved to staff they don't have one position available for that position, cannot ask direction for one, I find this very ood because of the importance of the AM in game, I'm not 100% sure that this is a bug, so I'm sorry if this is the wrong category.
