In the secondary team, or reserve team, i cant choose a player from tactics menu

Looking at the UI if you have the tactic set to your teams main formation then it would mirror that and you would not be able to make changes. Looking at the instructions down the left it does appear quite a bit is pre-set already. If it is still persisting, what kind of settings do you have for staff responsibilities?
