Goal in question is the 4-1. Davies plays a ball over the top to Lewandowski, who then (according to ingame commentary) nods it forward, but as the goalie came out off the goal it flew past him and he scored.
The game didn't award an assist to Davies (even though he's clearly the assist giver) and I'm guessing that the game actually considers Lewandowski as the assist giver, as I got a "tight offside" replay for the moment when Lewandowski headed the ball forward, with Lewandowski being the player checked for offside. So I'm guessing that since the nod forward wasn't registered as an attempt on goal, the game got confused and saw it as Lewandowski passing to himself?
