Not sure if a bug, but in a Champions League match I’d used all 3 substitutes, I then got a player injured meaning I went down to 10 men which is fair enough.
When it came to Extra-Time however, it wouldn’t let me send on a sub to replace the injured player, yet let me make a fourth sub as normal of one of the other ten still on the pitch. Something to look into? Luckily won but would have been a sod losing out on a technicality like that!
