    I have just realised of my 21 recruitment focuses, 18 have been assigned to 1 recruitment Analyst. I have 7 so I don't know why this is. 

    I can't find any clarity on whether this is an issue in terms of scouting efficiency. Or if I need to worry about an RAs area knowledge. 

    I found a few threads from previous editions where people queried but no responses.

    Hi, apologies for delay. I've reallocated them all since and they remain as per my allocation. So I cannot reproduce - suppose can close!

    No, this is an issue, and probably a reason why scouting as a whole doesn't work. This has happened to me where when you set analysts to "auto assign", the same one gets assigned to five or six different focuses. I assume this is why there are so few recommendations when focuses get done, because the analysts haven't had time to look at them all. However, since no one else save for OP has brought up this issue, I am unsure.
