My player was unhappy with a lack of squad depth in midfield but has now said he is 'happy to stay following our recent signings'. We have never made any signings and have not yet had a youth intake.
I think I made a promise to not sign any replacement players (I did have a meeting with him and went to a press conference where I may have made this promise!?) and fulfilled this, presumably as we signed no players before the transfer window closed.
The wording of the message in the inbox message is quite confusing.
