There is a small bug in press conferences where the prompt 'Your arrival comes at a time when there is considerable doubt about [player x]' is also applicable to trialists who are not yet signed players. I do not believe this is the intention of this prompt and applying it for trialists does not make sense.
Steps to recreate:
- Set up a new game and take over a new club
- Take over a club and immediately recruit a trialist who is already attracting interest from other clubs
- Attend unveiling press conference, question will be asked if you are confident of retaining this player at the club, despite their trialist status
