I started a save with VFB Lübeck in the third division of germany on "original" database. The team has a 2nd team where 95% of the players are on amateur contracts and they all demanded a new contract "because they were in the last year of their contract?" 10 days into the save game (start date 17.7, player complaints 27.7).
It's something minor in this case because none of the players are good and for some reason german main and 2nd teams are still budget and happiness wise different entities but I can see if this happens with amateur main teams making some problems.
