I'm managing KV Mechelen and was playing against Genk. One of their players went of and I noticed they replaced him with their goalkeeper. First I thought this was the bug, but then I noticed they didn't actually have any other players on the bench. When checking their squad, there were other players, just not selected. I then found out their B team played a friendly on the same day and they just made everyone except their starters and backup goalkeeper available for it...
So not 100% sure if this is actually a tactics issue or more of a B team priority issue. I uploaded both a pkm and a save game from before the game.
