I delegated the full set piece routines to see how that works. It is mostly okay for ~85 minutes, but when the rival goes attacking over the latest minutes, it is not. There is not a single football team on the face of the earth that would do what my red guys are doing here when holding onto a lead (ofc, we concede a counter attack). And this also doesn't have anything to do with my set piece coach being average, it is just not realistic.
Similarly, when I'm a goal up and the rival GK joins the attack, we still leave a striker upfront. That also seems stupid to me.
I urge for delegated set piece behavior to consider the time + score of a game (or if it does already dependent on the coach's Set Piece stats, to extend this to lower stats as well. Again, this is utterly unrealistic.
(I am playing on Positive - if it were Very Attacking I'd maybe buy such behavior, but it's not)
