I've uploaded a file called 'weird flashes evidence.mkv'. bit laggy, no idea how to work OBS, but you can find examples of what I mean at approximately 1:38 and 2:30 into the video. It's not happening as frequently as it used to. Barely happened at all over the last few days.

I'm playing on a middle-of-the-range kind of laptop, I'd say. Hope the details below help. anything else specific you need, let me know.
