I started a game in my career, and as soon as the game started, we couldn't see the names of the players. The screenshot is not very good, but we can see that the player in white which is running with the ball have the black rectangle above his head that should include his name in it. For all the players during the entire game it was like that. The black rectangle above the head of the players without their name.
