Newgens defenders

Come on man, I play in the Europa League and my defenders barely have 10 passing

Realistically the QA team are going to need a breakdown of the figures and what you are seeing take place in your save. What age are you focusing on, where are your scouts searching, what level are your scouts at, what level of club are you at (in terms of scouts trying to find appropriate players). These would all be considerations and to investigate this we'd need some data to go on.

Im focusing 17-21 and scouting south america, north europe and western europe as this regions are the best based on my scouts knowledge, and im going to attach my scouts stats. I find absolute gems on other positions, so i guess my scouts arent the problem. My club has 3,5 stars of reputation and i´ve been in europe competitions for 3 years straight. In previous years i didnt encounter this issue, as the only crappy newgens were pretty much fullbacks. This years i havent found a single decent defender with good passing atribute.

And you find that normal?  Defenders with good passing abilities are the present and future of football and yet all newgens i come across are all worse than maguire. in other positions i find absolute class players like these ones.

With attacking regens as well, there is a disconnect between "height", "jumping reach" and "heading" attributes.

You will see too many 170cm strikers with heading 14 and jumping reach 5 who are neither a Target Man nor a Poacher nor a DLF or AF.

Jumping reach, height and heading should be intertwined more often than not.
