    I holidayed (unemployed) through to 2028 and noticed that most talented youngsters are rotting away in B-teams. The first team is full of old geezers. For example at Ajax. Most youngsters are supposed to leave before they are 20/21. They either leave on a free or are sold for big bucks. Not in game. They are 24/25 now and are still playing for the b-team. Some teams, like Ajax, live on selling players. In game they only buy.

    I think this is a major issue for several years now. The AI just doesn't do a proper planning of their Youth and B-teams (they are either too short or too large, with too many overage players and very few loaned players compared to real life). This in turn affects player development everywhere.
