  • Hello, I think it is not possible to adjust the budged for the maximum salary of the sports director

    So I fired my old sports director because he was not very competent, then I tried to hire a new one with better skills, this worked in the end, but I noticed that, unlike all other employees, it is not possible to raise the maximum salary limit of a sports director, which made the negotiations very difficult, especially since the old sports director I think got more than what I can now give a new one. 

    I wonder if there is a reason why you can't raise the maximum salary of a sports director or if this was simply forgotten to be included in the game.

    Ok i now know why it was not possible and its so stupid (from the game) 

    my conclusion is you cannot increase it while you dont have a sports director as soon as I got him the option was there... really not well thought thro

    So if you have the same problem i would sugest that you hire a really cheep one then increase the maximum wage one can get and then fire him to get you'r real manager...
