Last year's development bug where technicals would go backwards while all other areas improved may be back. Lots of my players, mostly players 23 and under, have their technicals gone backwards a bit over 2y into my save. There's too many to be a coincidence, here are some of the examples. Not happening to all of them but I'd say at least 60-70% of them it is. Happening to players both in the first team and the u21's and 18's, Training schedule is just on whatever the assistant sets it as now, used to be on a custom one, with me personally setting individual. When searching for others with the same issue online I found the attached reddit post so it's unlikely to be an isolated incident, if maybe still not fully known.
