Started a new save in FM24 using Real World, managing Barnet. In real life Barnet have an academy with teams at U17 and U19 level (https://www.barnetfc.com/academy), but in game we have an U18 squad with no players and no staff . This is in comparison to a team like York, who play in the same U19s league pyramid as Barnet in real life (but are in a higher division), but feature in the game as a fully filled U18s team. Is this by design? Is there a certain criteria by which the U18 squad is filled vs not? There are lots of teams in the Vanarama National league who have been given U18s teams that are empty, but are entered into the "National Under 18 League". I'm sure in previous versions of the game, the youth teams were filled out.
